Plastic defoaming (desiccant) masterbatch consists of additives and inorganic components, which efficiently absorbs trace moisture inside plastics. At dosage of 1%‑5%, it eliminates defects such as bubbles and moiré patterns on finished articles. It can be mixed directly with damp raw materials without drying equipment, saving energy and cost while preserving mechanical properties.
Main Applications
Blown‑film Products: Garbage bags, T‑shirt bags, industrial packaging films. Dosing 1%‑3% removes bubbles and moiré on film surface, stabilizes bubble dimension, improves production efficiency and film stiffness. Injection‑molded Articles: Plastic toys, pipe fittings, daily‑use housings. Dosing 2%‑5% eliminates water marks, silver streaks and spots to guarantee appearance and mechanical strength. Extruded Products: Pipes, sheets, plates and profiles. Effectively prevents moisture‑induced defects including bubbles, delamination and sink marks, raises yield rate and dimensional stability. Wire‑drawing Products: Flat yarn for woven bags and bulk containers. Eliminates bubbles and filament breakage during drawing, secures tensile strength and surface quality of flat yarn.
